Woman Arise and Build 2026 VENDOR AGREEMENT
August 20-22, 2026  Decatur, Georgia
This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Woman Arise and Build: Revival at the Gates (Falisha Smith) and the undersigned
vendor . for participation in the Woman Arise and Build: Revival at the Gates.

1. VENDOR FEE & PAYMENT
• The non-refundable vendor fee is $125.00 for the full weekend:
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (August 20-22, 2026).
• Payment is due upon execution of this agreement and is required to
secure your vendor space.
• Payment instructions are below after reading through this
agreement.

2. VENDOR HOURS & SETUP
• Vendors are permitted to sell only during designated breaks and
transitional moments between services and sessions.
• Setup and breakdown times will be communicated closer to the
event date.

3. LOCATION & SPACE

• Vendor tables will be set up in designated common areas accessible
to attendees during breaks and non-service times.
• Each vendor will be provided with one (1) table, unless otherwise
discussed.  2 Chairs and 1 Table cloth. 

4. PROMOTION
• The Woman Arise and Build Conference Team will make verbal
announcements throughout the conference to encourage attendees to visit
vendor tables and support your business.

5. TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Vendors are responsible for all their merchandise, displays, and
money handling.
• The Host assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to any
products or personal property.
• All items for sale must be appropriate for a faith-based event and in
alignment with the spirit and values of Woman Arise and Build: Revival at the Gates
• Vendors must remain within their assigned area and follow all
instructions provided by Woman Arise and Build: Revival at the Gates.
